After years of hands-on experience, Tony founded Mighty Air with a vision of building a company centered on honesty, quality workmanship, strong family values, and exceptional customer care.

Suheily Alicea plays an essential role in Mighty Air's daily operations and employee management.

As Operations & Human Resources Manager, Suheily helps oversee office operations, employee coordination, human resources, internal processes, and the organizational needs of the company.

Her dedication to teamwork, communication, and supporting employees helps create an environment where the Mighty Air team can focus on delivering dependable service to customers.

As part of the family-owned leadership team, Suheily is committed to maintaining the values that Mighty Air was built upon: treating people with respect, providing personal attention, and making customers feel like part of the Mighty Air family.

Her behind-the-scenes leadership plays an important role in keeping the company organized, supporting its employees, and helping Mighty Air continue growing while maintaining its family-oriented culture.

Antonio Alicea serves as the Service & Sales Manager at Mighty Air, helping oversee the company's service department and sales operations.

Antonio works closely with our service technicians and office team to coordinate customer needs, maintain service quality, and help ensure homeowners and businesses receive clear recommendations for their heating and cooling systems.

He plays an important role in guiding repair and replacement opportunities, supporting technicians, and helping customers understand the options available to them.

As a member of Mighty Air's family leadership team, Antonio is committed to carrying forward the company's values of honesty, professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

His goal is to help every customer feel confident in the services and solutions Mighty Air provides.

James Stewart serves as the Maintenance & Operations Supervisor at Mighty Air, playing an important role in coordinating the company's maintenance services and supporting daily office operations.

James helps oversee maintenance scheduling, customer communication, service coordination, and the organization of daily workflows to keep the department running efficiently.

His involvement in both maintenance and office support helps strengthen communication between customers, office staff, and field technicians.

James takes pride in helping the Mighty Air team stay organized, responsive, and focused on providing dependable service.
