What Happens During a Maintenance Visit
A Mighty Air maintenance visit is a real inspection of your system, not just a filter change. After every visit, we tell you what's working properly, what may need attention and which repairs are worth considering. If everything checks out, we'll tell you that too.
Routine visits focus on inspection and testing. If your coils need a deep cleaning or we find a problem, we'll explain it and give you the price before doing any extra work.

Heat Pump Maintenance
Many Northeast Florida homes use a heat pump for both heating and cooling, so it runs nearly year round. Plan visits for heat pumps include a check of heating and cooling performance, defrost operation, auxiliary heat, controls and airflow.

- The Elite refrigerant benefit covers up to 2 lbs of R-410A per year on eligible systems. If your system is low on refrigerant, we'll find out why before adding more.

Join a PlanWhat's the difference between the Standard and Elite plans?
Both plans include two seasonal maintenance visits a year and a repair discount. The Elite plan has a larger repair discount (15% instead of 10%) and adds priority service, no service call fee, no overtime repair charges, a refrigerant allowance and monthly reminders.
How long is the commitment?
Both plans have a one-year commitment. After the first year, you can cancel.
Can I join if my system has a problem right now?
Yes. Call us and we'll take care of the repair, then get your seasonal visits on the schedule.
Does maintenance prevent every breakdown?
No plan can promise that. Regular visits give our technicians a chance to catch worn parts and developing problems early, before they turn into a bigger repair.
Do you offer maintenance for businesses?
Yes. We maintain light commercial systems, including packaged and rooftop units. Call us to talk about a maintenance schedule for your property.
